Our Board & Management Committee
The Sacco is managed by an elected Management Committee and an elected Supervisory Committee. All members enjoy equal voting rights; "one member one vote"
Management Committee
The role of the Management Committee is;
- To make decisions regarding the day- to-day management for operations of the society
- Are directly responsible to the share-holders for giving accurate and dependable accounting information in investment decisions without a doubt of its reliability or validity and
- Are responsible to the general public, government etc on behalf of the shareholders.
Supervisory Committee
The main duty of the Supervisory Committee is to ensure that the society is run according to the directions given at the AGM and in accordance with the co-operative laws and regulations in force.
